Double Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins

Ingredients

1 banana 

1 tbsp of coconut sugar

1 tbsp ground flax seeds

3 tbsp water½ tsp of vanilla extract

1 tbsp runny tahini

⅛ tsp cinnamon 

Salt 

⅓ cup gluten-free flour 

⅓ cup of plant-based chocolate protein powder

1 tbsp plant-based chocolate chips

Step 1

Preheat over to 350 f

Put

1 banana 

1 tbsp of coconut sugar

1 tbsp ground flax seeds

3 tbsp water

½ tsp of vanilla extract

1 tbsp runny tahini

in a bowl and mix gently

Step 2

Put

⅛ tsp cinnamon,

⅓ cup gluten-free flour,

⅓ cup of plant-based chocolate protein powder

and a pinch of salt into the mix and mix again until it looks like the photo.

Step 3

Put an extra tablespoon of water (optional) then add chocolate chips and mix again

Step 4

Pour into a cupcake tray and bake for 20 minutes. 

Step 5

Eat and enjoy.
