Aneesa does this abs workout 5-6 days a week for about 10 minutes and it really helps her feel great in so many ways.

This abs workout routine will definitely target your core muscles and help you with improving core strength, abdominal toning, improvement with balance and stability, and assist in improving your yoga practice.

When doing this abs workout, please remember to focus on good form and building a strong base before you increase your hold times. If you are newer, try to hold each exercise for 15-30 seconds and then build up to a minute.
