30 minute Advanced Abs Workout

In today's video, check out Tahir showing you his abs workout routine!
Tahir does this abs workout 2-3 days a week for about 30 minutes and it really helps him feel great in so many ways.

This abs workout routine will definitely target your core muscles and help you with improving core strength, abdominal toning, improvement with balance and stability, and assist in improving your sports and athletic performances.

When doing this abs workout, please remember to focus on good form and building a strong base before you increase your hold times. If you are newer, try to do each exercise for 15-30 seconds and then build up to point where you can do them for longer and until you almost reach failure.
