Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients:
Oatmilk Pulp
1 Ripe banana
1 tbsp Tahini
1 tbsp of Coconut Sugar
1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp baking powder and baking soda
1/4 Gluten Free Flour
2 tbsp chocolate chips
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350
Put the ripe banana in the bowl and mash it, pouring in the oak milk pulp after.
Step 2
Add in 1 tbsp Tahini,1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed and 1 tbsp of Coconut Sugar to the mix and stir
Step 3
Add in the remaining ingredients except for the chocolate chips and stir briefly before adding them to the mix as well.
Step 4
Put in muffin tray for 4 standard sized muffins and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
