Delicious Masala Chai Recipe

Ingredients

Cardamom

Cinnamon

Cloves

Star anise

Peppercorns

Ginger

One Teabag

One litre of water 

One cup of almond milk

Step 1

Pour water into pot at low heat so it simmers

Crush the spices except ginger.

Step 2

Pour the crushed spices into the pot. And keep it simmer for 10 minutes. Drop the ginger in as it sizzles.

Step 3

Add in the 1 teabag and let simmer again for 10 minutes. 

Step 4

Pour in the almond milk after the 10 minutes. 
Strain into a pot and enjoy
