Easy and Delicious Plant Based Italian Tomato Pasta
Ingredients:
3/4 tblspn Olive Oil
6 cloves of chopped garlic
1 pint of cherry tomatoes sliced in half
basil
Salt
Spaghetti Pasta Noodles

Step 1
Put the noodles into Pre Salted and boiling water to cook.

Step 2
Put a pan on medium high heat, pour on Olive Oil to the pan then pour your garlic and leave on for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3
Once the garlic is nice and brown add in your tomatoes and add in a helping of salt to taste. Let it cook, stirring occasionally while ensuring the garlic does not burn on medium heat.

Step 4
Take 3/4's of a cup of pasta water from the pasta as it boils.
Add in basil and a little bit of pasta water to the pan and mix. Once the pasta is ready add that in as well and mix. (Do not drain pasta)

Once mixed and cooked thoroughly, add a drizzle of olive oil and plate to enjoy!
