Falafel Vegan Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 slices of your favourite bread toasted

Hummus

Olives

Cherry tomatoes

Arugula

Falafel

Sauerkraut

Pickled red onions

Step 1

Toast two slices of your favourite sandwich bread and plate when ready

Step 2

Spread hummus on both slices

Step 3

Put both cherry tomatoes and olives on the bottom slice then add a finger full of arugula

Step 4

Grab 1 1/2 falafel's and crumple them onto the other slice.

Step 5

Place sauerkraut and pickled red onions and assemble to enjoy!
