Gluten Free Granola Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup Pecans
- 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (cranberries and cranberries)
Step 1
Pour the rolled oats, Pecans coconut, cinnamon and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
Step 2
Pour vanilla into the maple syrup and lightly mix before pouring it into your bowl as well with the olive oil. Mix the ingredients until evenly mixed.
Step 3
Pour onto a baking sheet with parchment paper on the bottom. Spread out evenly.
Step 4
Put it in the oven at 325 (F) for 20 minutes. After which take it out, shuffle it around before putting it back in for another 5-10 minutes.
Step 5
Add the dried fruit over the granola evenly and mix it around with the granola before transferring to an airtight container.
