Tofu Scramble Recipe


½ a block of tofu (220 grams)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
Black pepper to taste
½ tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp tamari
3 tbsp cashew milk

Step 1

Crumble the tofu into a pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients to the pan and stir through.

Step 3

Cook in the pan stirring occasionally until liquid has mostly absorbed (approximately 5 minutes)

Step 4

Remove from the heat and enjoy!
